Refund policy
Ticket purchases
- Tickets purchased from this website are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase excluding those purchased within 30 days of the date of the event.
- After 30 days of purchase tickets are non-refundable. This does not effect your statutory rights.
- Tickets purchased within 30 days of an event are non-refundable.
-A £2 admin fee will be charged on any refund request
Physical products
We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. If you're not satisfied with your purchase and the item is still in its original condition, we accept returns free of charge, subject to the rules below, which include fair use provisions.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
You have 28 days from the day of delivery to return an item to us for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you initiate a return within the specified time frame but are unable to return it to us due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us. However, any refund will be at our discretion.
After the 28-day period, we do not accept returns for unwanted items. If a return is attempted, we may choose to send it back to your default delivery address and request that you cover the delivery costs.
Original Condition
You may try on an item as you would in a store, but please avoid extended use. If an item is returned to Carnage Competitive Ltd in an unsuitable condition (worn, damaged, etc.) or outside of the returns timeframe, we will not be able to issue a refund. In such cases, you may be asked to cover the delivery costs.
Carnage Competitive Ltd will inspect all returns. All items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as when they were received to ensure a full refund. Original packaging, tags, and labels should be intact (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).
Responsibility
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Please obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We are not responsible for any items that are mistakenly returned to us. If we can locate these items and you wish to have them returned, you may be asked to cover the delivery cost.
Fair Use
If we suspect fraudulent activity or notice unusual or suspicious activity on your account, we may withhold issuing a refund and block your account and any associated accounts.
Such activity includes but is not limited to: claims relating to orders not being received, items missing, excessive ordering and returning, unusual patterns of returns activity, suspected extended use of items before returning them, multiple refused returns, or returning items worn/used and not matching what was originally ordered.
If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, please refer to the account closure email we sent you for details on how to make a valid return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Any returns will be processed as normal when they reach our warehouse.
Please note: we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received at our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour, simply place a new order!
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
